Created in 2006, SPARC – Comércio de Madeiras e Derivados Lda, since is foundation is dedicated to the production and marketing of wood products and other’s derivatives. SPARC produces the following packaging models: Palox, pallets (whether it’s new and standard measures, or a costumer specific model) and wood crate packing. Throughout its product range, it is specially prepared to respond to each costumer’s requests, being always available to develop new packaging together with the costumer.

SPARC manufacturing center is located in the Leiria district, where is his center of activity and production, but at the same time, has already experience in producing, sorting and repairing wood packaging at costumer´s premises, adapting itself to the needs of production.

In order to be in front of the logistic and legal needs of the packaging sector, has been building infrastructures and technical capacity, to meet these challenges and respond to the most demanding customers. It has a wood heat treatment, among other equipment, in accordance with all legal specifications (ISPM 15), which are more restricted to those who export. In this case, a phytosanitary certificate can always be issued, proving the treatment.

In addition to developing its activity in Portugal, Sparc also works with other market’s e different countries and continents, as for example in Spain, Angola, Guinea Bissau and Algeria. And its strategic objective is to increase SPARC position in the international market.
